The Ottawa Choral Society is looking to engage singers with advanced choral skills to enhance our “full and confident sound” (Ottawa Citizen, Feb. 07). Candidates are expected to demonstrate exemplary vocal proficiency and a high level of reading ability and choral experience. Solo opportunities may be available depending on concert repertoire.

Successful candidates will become members of the Ottawa Choral Society and will be expected to participate as fully as possible.  The OCS membership fee will be waived and all music supplied. Remuneration is on a per service basis and will be contingent on a minimum level of attendance. Detailed terms and conditions of engagement will be specified in a season-long contract.

Concert dates and repertoire for the OCS subscription series and engagements with the National Arts Centre Orchestra are listed under the 2012-2013 Season.
